These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into between Dinesto, a service provided by CANIGOU & CO, hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider” and the entity or individual agreeing to these terms, hereinafter referred to as “Client.”
Dinesto agrees to provide digitalization services for restaurants, including the creation of mobile applications and websites, as well as additional services as mutually agreed upon.
The Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the pricing agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Any intellectual property developed during the provision of services shall belong to the Client upon full payment. The Client grants Dinesto the right to use their branding for promotional purposes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during the term of this Agreement confidential.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of CANIGOU & CO’s head office.
